How to use:

Makeup Remover: Apply the product onto a cotton pad and press gently on the eyelids without rubbing. Leave for a few seconds to dissolve makeup, then gently wipe downwards.
Soothing Cream: Apply a small amount directly to clean, dry eyelids, and massage gently until absorbed.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Damaged or faulty items due to transit can also be returned. Products purchased during promotions, opened or used items, or those outside the 15-day period are non-returnable.
