How to use:

Apply La Roche-Posay Anthelios Hydrating Lotion Eco-Tube SPF50+ generously to the body 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, to maintain optimal protection. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, particularly during peak hours.
