How to use:

Take one capsule of ISDIN SunISDIN VitAox Ultra Capsules x30 daily with water. Start taking the capsules 15 days before your first sun exposure, and continue throughout the period of sun exposure and for 15 days afterward. These capsules should be used alongside topical sunscreen and not as a replacement for sun protection.
