How to use:

Shake ISDIN Fotoprotector Hydro Oil SPF30 vigorously for at least 5 seconds to mix the biphasic formula properly before use. Apply generously to dry, clean skin 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, or more frequently after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, to maintain effective sun protection. Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the bottle sufficiently may lower the level of protection.
