How to use:

Take 1 capsule of Heliocare Ultra D Sun Capsules x30 per day with a full glass of water, preferably in the morning before sun exposure. On days of prolonged sun exposure, you may take an additional capsule 4 hours after the first dose. Continue using topical sunscreen during sun exposure, as this supplement enhances but does not replace topical protection. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a physician if you are pregnant before using this supplement.
