How to use:

Take 1 capsule of Heliocare Sun Capsules per day with a full glass of water. For best results, start taking the capsules 15 days before your first sun exposure. Continue to take them during periods of sun exposure and for 15 days after exposure. On days of intensive and prolonged sun exposure, you may take a second capsule 4 hours after the first. Always use sunscreen when exposed to the sun, as this supplement does not replace topical sun protection. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a physician if you are pregnant before using this supplement.
