How to use:

Apply Heliocare 360 Water Gel Beige SPF50+ generously to the face and neck at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only. Wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses, and avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially during peak hours. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
