How to use:

Cut about 30 cm of Elgydium Clinic Dental Floss Fluoride 35m and wrap it around your index fingers. Using your thumbs, guide the floss gently between your teeth. Use an up-and-down motion along the sides of each tooth to thoroughly remove plaque and food particles. Repeat for each interdental space. For best results, use daily after brushing.
