Use Elgydium Clinic 25/100 Semi-Hard Toothbrush x1 with an appropriate toothpaste to brush your teeth at least twice a day. To sanitize the toothbrush, immerse the brush head in water and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or when the bristles show signs of wear.
