How to use:

Pour the content of 3 measuring spoons of ECOPHANE Supplement Powder into a large glass. Add water, mix until the powder is completely dissolved, and drink. Alternatively, mix the powder into yogurt. Recommended duration of use is 3 months, which can be repeated if necessary.
