How to use:

Apply Avène Sun Intense Protect Fluid Fragrance-Free SPF50+ generously to the face and body 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off, to maintain optimal protection. Avoid exposure to the sun during peak hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and ensure that babies and young children are kept out of direct sunlight.
