3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Orders are accepted only from individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form binding contracts.
Upon placing an order and receiving a Shipping Confirmation, a contract is formed between the customer and life.kiwi.
life.kiwi reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or inaccuracies.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

life.kiwi ships worldwide from Portugal. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and weight of the products and will be displayed during the checkout process.
All orders are shipped with a tracking code, which will be emailed to the customer once the order is dispatched. For detailed tracking, customers can use the provided link.
Delivery times vary based on the destination country and chosen shipping method and are estimated during the checkout process.
life.kiwi disclaims liability for delays caused by customs procedures, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information is provided. life.kiwi shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Product Availability

life.kiwi makes every effort to ensure that products displayed on the Site are in stock and available for purchase. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items.
Should an item become unavailable after an order is placed, life.kiwi will notify the customer promptly, offering an alternative solution such as a substitute product or a full refund.
life.kiwi reserves the right to limit quantities of items available for sale.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to their order. These charges vary by country and are not included in the total cost at checkout.
life.kiwi shall not be held liable for customs policies, restrictions, or any delays imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
In cases where an order is returned due to customs restrictions or the customer’s refusal to pay duties, life.kiwi will issue a refund in the form of a discount voucher, deducting any shipping and return costs incurred.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the products are in their original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, customers should contact info@life.kiwi with their order number and product details.
Returned items must include all original packaging and labels, and any return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items and will be issued either via the original payment method or as a discount voucher, based on the customer’s preference.
Customers reporting defective products may return items within 10 days, with life.kiwi covering return shipping costs upon provision of photographic or other evidence of the defect.
For returns initiated outside the EU, customers shall bear responsibility for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return, unless the product is defective.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by following the link in the order confirmation email or by contacting Customer Care at info@life.kiwi.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery or return the items at their own expense.
life.kiwi reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or unusually large orders that could impact stock levels.
